Caviar taken from the Russian sturgeon (Acipenser Guldenstaedtii) - a fish with excellent flavour properties, very sought-after due to the quality of its flesh. It has uniform, firm, rather large grains, from 2,5 to 3.5 mm in size. Equally grand is the tasting experience: connoisseurs are able to perceive a rich taste, characterised by buttery and walnut flavours, with a hint of the sea. Its colour ranges from light to dark brown, with golden reflections.
You can choose from two varieties:
Natural - Unpasteurised Russian sturgeon caviar, treated using a little salt, to keep the original purity of the taste and magnificent bouquet intact.
Classic - Pasteurised Russian sturgeon caviar, treated with very little salt, thereby increasing its shelf life and preserving the delicate aroma and exclusive flavour.
Available in 10g, 20g, 250g, 500g, 1000g metal containers, and 28g, 50g, 100g glass jars.
