Caviar obtained from the Baster sturgeon, a hybrid of the Beluga (Huso Huso) and the Sterlet (Acipenser Ruthenus). This cross produces two unmistakable characteristics: one the one had, the flavour and taste of the Beluga, on the other, significant production, due to the fast maturation of the Sterlet. It gives the palate a delicate creaminess, with hints of butter and nuances of hazelnut. It has black and dark grey grains, of medium size, up to a diameter of 2 to 2,5 mm.

You can choose from two varieties:
Natural - Unpasteurised Bester sturgeon caviar, treated using a little salt, to keep the original purity of the taste and magnificent bouquet intact.
Classic - Pasteurised Bester sturgeon caviar, treated with very little salt, thereby increasing its shelf life and preserving the delicate aroma and exclusive flavour.

Available in 10g, 20g, 250g, 500g, 1000g metal containers, and 28g, 50g, 100g glass jars.
